We are Sanctuary!
Sanctuary is one the UK’s largest not-for-profit affordable housing and care providers. We own and manage around 125,000 units of accommodation across England and Scotland.
Through Sanctuary’s new home developments, we offer a wide range of properties from contemporary apartments and family homes to retirement properties with onsite care and support services that can be tailored to your needs.
The majority of our homes are available to buy via flexible shared ownership but we do also offer some properties for outright sale.
Our experience
We have an experienced team who has delivered thousands of high-quality new homes in a range of divers communities.
Sanctuary schemes include award-winning projects, area-wide regenerations and high value open market sites. Our dedicated sales team are on-hand at many of our developments to show you our beautiful homes and find the one that best fits your requirements.
Should you need any help buying from Sanctuary, the team here are able to answer any queries and even assist with performing affordability checks.
Why buy with Sanctuary?
Our shared ownership properties are an affordable and flexible way to buy your first home with Sanctuary and we offer a range of different purchase shares in developments across the country.
At Sanctuary, we aim to build affordable homes without compromising on space or specifications. All of our properties are built to high standards and designed to maximise energy efficiencies.
Making the decision to buy your own home is exciting, but if you've never bought a property before, where do you begin?
From getting a mortgage and finding a solicitor to finding the home of your dreams, Sanctuary can help you every step of the way.
Our support doesn't stop when you've moved in. We will continue to provide advice about all aspects of your home.
Sanctuary is a Client Partner of the Considerate Constructors Scheme. All of our new development sites are registered under the scheme, which demonstrates our commitment to improving our construction practices in order to protect the local environments and communities in which we build.
